The rates on our site are as low as you will find on any website that sells our hotel rooms. If you find a lower rate on one of our partner sites for the same room type, date, and rate offering, we will happily verify it and match it.

We are excited to announce that as of January 26, 2021, Waters Edge Hotel is open to all travelers.
To all our Marin Hotels guests:
We have been preparing for your arrival at Waters Edge Hotel and want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our highest priority. As such, we have implemented the following measures to achieve maximum cleanliness throughout our hotels:
Common areas throughout the hotel are sanitized hourly.
Physical Distancing is practiced at check-in, and throughout your stay.
Hand sanitizer dispensers and sanitizing wipes are located throughout the hotel.
Clear barriers, at the front desk, reduce contact between guests and staff.
Room keys are sanitized after use.
All staff and guests are required to wear masks at check-in and when moving throughout the public spaces in the hotel.
Rooms are electrostatically sprayed, between guests.
In-room heating and air conditioning are not centralized. Each room is equipped with an individual unit which circulates air in its own environment.
Housekeeping staff will not enter a guestroom after a guest has checked in. However, our guests can request fresh linens, any time.
Following Marin County restaurant restrictions, we are not serving our breakfast buffet-style. Continental breakfast will be delivered to your guestroom each morning of your stay.
Our communal evening wine reception is discontinued, but all guests will receive a gift bag, at check-in which includes a half bottle of wine, two bottles of water, alcohol wipes, and snacks.
Please note, we have modified our cancellation policy: If you are affected by COVID-19 we will waive our usual cancellation fee. This includes if you or a family member is waiting on a diagnosis or are being treated for COVID-19.
If you have any questions or concerns about these practices or anything else concerning your travel to Marin County, please do not hesitate to contact us.
